The staff looked after us well. we arrived early and the team accommodated our request for an additional night. we mentioned our honeymoon, and they were pretty good. It was AMAZING!!! the place was clean and matched exactly what we expected.
the refrigerator access involved extra costs. when staying in a suite at a 5-star hotel and paying a lot, being told to pay extra to use the refrigerator created a poor experience.
